Never has the name of a record label done such justice to one of its artists: indeed, what goes through Mad Miran’s head, and from there into her hypnotic sessions, can only be defined as Strange Sounds From Beyond. And adhering to the norms of this genre films, you won’t be able to resist the urge to find out where they come from. We warn you that there is no escaping this serial killer of breaks:  if you go down into the basement you will be strangled by trip-hop beats, in the attic acid knives lie in wait and in the backyard an electro labyrinth with no way out has grow, mapped out in great detail to drive you insane. And the best thing of all is that you knew this beforehand, and you went for it anyway: because you knew that just like a great horror film, that it would be dead good.
